The fine silver 999 square blanks are ideal for enameling enthusiasts. These blanks offer a smooth surface for your creative designs. First, fire the blank in the kiln for 1:30 minutes. After firing, place the blank in acid, then wash it with soap. Repeat this stage. Next, apply Klyr Fire and add counter enamel powder to the back of the blank. Once the enamel is dry, fire it again for 1:30 minutes. Repeat the acid bath and soap wash. Polish the blank until you achieve a shiny surface.

Now, you can begin adding layers of enamel colors until all the engraved areas are filled with enamel. Polish until the surface is smooth and shiny. To achieve a more metallic look beneath the transparent enamels, you can add fine silver foil before adding the enamels.
